$550 flat5 to 7 pages, mobile-responsive, basic SEO, contact details with a map, photo gallery, social links, two rounds of revisions, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Live in 2-3 weeks. Up to 30 licensed stock photos or 5 HD videos included, so a thin photo library does not stall the build.

Premium upgrades
$75 eachContact form, newsletter signup, online booking, blog, live chat, advanced analytics, multi-language. Add the ones you need and skip the rest. None of them is bundled into the base price and pretended to be free.

Custom development
$90 an hourIntegrations, API work, extra pages, e-commerce features, performance work. One-hour minimum, with the hours estimated and the scope agreed before anything starts. Past 40 hours a month the rate drops.

Design and consulting
$125 an hourBrand and logo work, UX and layout, strategy, marketing consultation. Same one-hour minimum and the same rule about agreeing scope first.

Keeping it current
$30 or $49 a monthThe Updates Package covers one request a month, up to an hour of work, cancel anytime. The larger plan adds domain registration and renewal plus email setup (provider paid separately), and raises that to two requests a month, up to two hours of work combined.
Hourly work is open to anyone who already has a $550 site from us, with no setup fee. If we have never worked together there is a one-time $350 setup fee, or you can start with a website and unlock it automatically.
When We Are The Wrong Choice
Saying this out loud costs us the occasional sale and saves everyone a bad month. If you are in one of these situations, we are probably not who you want.
You want to edit the site yourself, often
The sites we build are static, which is why they load fast and why there is nothing to hack. It also means no admin panel. Changes come through us. If you want to rewrite your own copy at eleven at night, you want a CMS, and we will happily build and maintain one for you instead.
You want somebody to run your marketing
We do not run social accounts, write email campaigns, or manage your Google Business Profile. We will build the site, design what goes in the email, and tell you what we would do. The doing is yours or somebody else's.
You want a monthly SEO retainer
We do not sell one, and we will not promise you a ranking. Nobody can. We will fix what is broken, tell you what we would work on next, and let you decide whether it is worth the hours.
You need a full custom application
Accounts, a database, a real product rather than a website. That is a genuine project with a genuine budget, and it deserves to be scoped honestly rather than started as an add-on and discovered halfway through.
