Common Questions

What if I already have my own photos?
Perfect! We'll happily use your photos instead. Many small businesses don't have professional photography yet, so we include stock photos as part of your website package.
Can I mix photos and videos?
Your project includes either up to 30 photos OR up to 5 videos. Most projects use one or the other based on their design needs.
What's an Enhanced license?
Adobe's Enhanced license allows commercial use on your website, in marketing materials, and more. It covers the typical uses a small business needs. We license at Enhanced or lower depending on availability.
Do I own the photos?
Stock photos are licensed, not owned. The license allows you to use them on your website indefinitely. You can't resell them or use them for merchandise.
What if I need more than 30 photos or 5 videos?
Most multi-page websites use 15-30 images across their pages, which is well within what's included. If you need more than 30 photos or 5 videos, we can add some a la carte time or create a custom upgrade for you.
What happens after the first year?
After 12 months, your stock photo access renews annually. Starting in year 2, any unused photos or videos from your allocation will be prorated as a refund. You only pay for what you use going forward.
What if Adobe doesn't have what I want?
With 835M+ videos, standard images, graphics, music, templates, and 3D assets, it's hard to believe you won't find what you need on Adobe Stock! But if you find something elsewhere, we'll gladly use any stock photos you obtain. Just share the license with us. Sites like UnrealImages.com offer free AI-generated images that may also work for your project.
