Roles we'd open for the right person

All five are W-2 and hourly, part-time to start.

Send us something you've made. Entry-level doesn't mean empty: a class project, a friend's business site, three blog posts nobody paid you for. For sales, tell us about something you sold instead.

  • Web designer

    $17-22/hour

    Small-business sites: layout, type, and the photo choices that make a Tucson plumber look established. We have a design system and we'll teach it to you. What we can't teach is taste. Show us something you made and why you made it that way.

  • Front-end developer

    $20-28/hour

    Astro, Tailwind, and a little React. If you know HTML and CSS and you've built something that works, we'll teach you the rest, starting with why a site has to load fast on a phone in a parking lot.

  • Copywriter

    $17-22/hour

    Website copy and blog posts in our voice: blunt, specific, no filler. You'd write for a barber, a therapist, and a septic company in the same week. No marketing background needed. We care whether you can ask the septic guy the right questions and come back with a sentence he'd actually say.

  • Sales and partnerships

    $17-20/hour base, plus commission on closed business

    Tucson small businesses and the people who refer them: accountants, printers, chambers of commerce. You'd sell the site by showing what it does for the owner, not by discounting it. We'll teach you the product. You bring the part where you're willing to follow up a third time.

  • Bilingual community rep

    $20/hour

    Mixers, chamber breakfasts, and networking events around Tucson. English and Spanish, both fluent enough to sell in, French a bonus. We'll teach you the web design part. You bring the part where you walk into a room of strangers and leave with three business cards.
