Your Logo Doesn't Fit in a Circle

A square logo cropped into a circular avatar loses its corners. A wide logo shrunk to fit becomes unreadable at the size it actually displays, which on a phone is about forty pixels across.

Meanwhile the cover image that looked right on your laptop has its bottom third sitting behind a profile picture on mobile. Every platform handles this differently, and they all change it without telling anyone.

    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, TikTok. Name the ones you actually use. Building for accounts you'll never post on is time you're paying for.

  • Your logo

    Vector if you have it. Circles and small sizes punish a low-resolution file harder than print does.

  • Any photo for the banner

    The storefront, the team, the truck. Higher resolution than feels necessary, because banners are wide and get stretched.

  • What the banner should say

    Usually a tagline and a phone number. Several platforms hide most of the banner on a phone, so pick the short version.

Social Graphics Questions

Which platforms do you cover?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, TikTok and YouTube. If you use something else, send us the dimensions and we'll build to them.
Do you upload them for me?
No. You get the files and a note saying which goes where. Uploading runs about five minutes a platform.
Do you manage social media accounts?
That's not something we do. We make the assets. If you want somebody running the accounts and posting for you, we can point you at people who do that properly.
What happens when a platform changes its sizes?
It happens a couple of times a year. Re-cutting a set we already built is a twenty-minute job rather than starting over.
Can I get post templates too?
Yes. Mention it up front and we'll build a few you can drop your own photos and text into. It adds a little time and saves you a lot of it later.
Will these match my website?
If we built your site, yes, automatically. Same colors, same typefaces. If someone else did, send us a link and we'll work from it.
Do I have to be a website client?
No. Anyone can order design work. There's no setup fee and nothing else to buy.
